Thomas Lent was the President and CEO of Thielsch Engineering from 2003 until his passing in late 2020. He guided the transition of Thielsch from a family-owned business to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) entity in 2008 and presided over its significant growth since that time. Tom was a brilliant man with keen insights into finance and engineering. His contributions to Thielsch and its multiple divisions guided the company to be solid and resilient, and he is sorely missed by employees and customers alike.
