"I just wanted to extend my gratitude for the help given to us by your staff. in the heat of this past Summer, we had to take our largest unit offline on Friday, August 11 due to a steam leak just upstream of the superheat stop valve. Thielsch Personnel arrived at the plant and immediately began coordinating the repair with our contractor. Unit 3 came back online Wednesday, August 16 and was available for service for the many days of record peaks to follow. Safety is always first at out plant. Because of Thielsch's reputation and Thielsch Personnel's obvious knowledge and professionalism, everyone was satisfied that the best course of action was taken and the solution was a safe one.
