are structural analysis, structural evaluation, specialized structural
design, peer review, laboratory and field testing, and field inspection.
Thielsch's comprehensive studies range from engineering investigation,
evaluation, and rehabilitation of distressed structures to investigation
of structural failure and collapse. Services include assessing the cause
of distress or failure, determining the extent of distress or damage, evaluating
and developing methods of repair, preparing repair construction documents,
and providing observation of the repair work.
